We will begin this peaceful two-hour journey with our favorite heart-opening elixir overlooking the gorgeous Sarasota Bay. Carrie will facilitate a sacred cacao ceremony to expand your capacity to lean into self-love and deepen the connection to your physical body.
Then, through gentle and rhythmic movements, breathwork, and meditation, Lesley will teach you how to give yourself a natural energy boost, calm your mind, cleanse and fortify your organs and deepen your connection to nature. We will go through a Five Elements class that is a healing framework you can use to recognize imbalances in your body, mind, emotions, and spirit… and heal them.
